Field of Dreams: Sports Memoir Writing Workshop with Literary Cleveland

In this workshop, participants will look at classic sports memoirs, some of which feature Cleveland sports legends like Lebron James to learn about what it takes to write a great memoir about sports. Consider H.G. Bissinger’s Friday Night Lights memoir which took us to Odessa, in West Texas and changed how we felt about high school football, spawned a film and TV series. Major League Baseball Jr. Home Run Derby  provides boys and girls age 14 and under * an opportunity to participate in an exciting, free, home run derby competition! Batter’s Up Tour at Lakeview Cemetery
