Darwin Pennye, executive director of the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, shares his thoughts on diversity

Darwin Pennye has joined the legion of men and women who want to keep baseball alive among boys and girls of color. Pennye is in a better position than most to do so, because he is executive director of the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, which teaches baseball and education to youth in the Kansas City area.
