Women continue to carve out significant roles in sports, particularly so in baseball. Molly Yanity, an associate professor at Quinnipiac University, can speak to those roles and the challenges women in sports media have faced. Before academe, Yanity was a sportswriter for several papers in the country. She did her tour of duty on the baseball beat, too. For this episode of “Talking Baseball!,” Yanity will share her experiences as a woman in a profession long dominated by white males.
